功能简介 在开启了取消会议功能的前提下，你可以将当前在 Yealink RoomPanel 上已经预约的会议室取消。 前提条件 在 Yealink RoomPanel 上已经预约会议。 使用方法 开启取消会议功能 在会议室门牌首页界面，点击 image> 设备设置 > Teams管理员设置 (默认管理员密码：0000) > Teams 管理员设置> 会议，开启 退房 功能。 image 取消会议 在已预约的会议旁，点击 管理 > 退房， 确认 退房 取消会议。 image
